1 May 2012, it was a public holiday. Brought my family to one of the southern islands around Singapore. Had a simple pinic and explored the island. The island was historical as in the early years, it was once used as a quarantine centre for immigrants before they are allowed to come to Singapore. Now it is used as a beach gateaway. There is a small detention camp there at this moment. The beach around the island is very peaceful.
Using a EPM-1 and fisheye lens (Dramatic filter), I capture the old jetty on the island. It is not in use anymore.
