Having owned a Fuji XE1 for 7 months and enjoying every bit of it's handling and image output, I finally sold it to upgrade to the Fuji XE2. I sold the Zeiss 32mmf1.8 together with the XE1 to get enough fund for the upgrade. As the 32mm f1,8 was the least used lens in my arsenal, I decided to go ahead to sell it. Currently I will be left with Zeiss 12mm, XF18-55mmf2.8-4 and XF55-200mm F3.5-4.8.
I personally prefer to have a 1-2 lenses when I am out shooting so I can concentrate on the subject rather than worrying too much which lens to mount.
The immediate improvement I felt on the XE2 over the XE1 are listed below. There are many reviews and comparisons out in the websites.
1) The fast refresh rate on the EVF in Low light
2) Faster write speed
3) Wireless transfer of images (more reliable than using wireless SD card)
4) Faster AF
5) Bigger LCD
6) I also find when mounting the lens, the XE2 has a tighter tolerance. The XE1 seems loose when mounting the lens, maybe my XE1 has some issue on the mount tolerance.
7) The continuous AF is usable this time.
Whether if it is a worthy upgrade depends on individual.
